Susan joined the agency as a Sales Coordinator and Marketing Manager in 2016, bringing 35 years of administration and project management experience along with her. In 2018, Susan was appointed Agency Project Manager and was elected as the Executive Director of LassiterWare Cares, a 501c3 non-profit organization. Her primary responsibilities include executive administration, reimbursement carrier relations and providing support to the agency sales force in business development and marketing aspects. Susan has played an integral part in obtaining co-branding reimbursements to the agency while working with various carrier partners.
Prior to joining the company, Susan served 2 years as the General Manager in Medicare & Retirement with UnitedHealthcare in The Villages, Florida, and prior to that served for 7 years as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at UnitedHealthcare in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout her career, Susan developed a very broad skill set due to the opportunities she acquired.
