There can be many disciplines involved in successful account management and ultimately someone must be able to tie everything together and make the best informed decisions in a timely manner from creativity, brand planning, best use of media, setting budgets, enforcing deadlines for product development or projects, communicating concerns and capabilities, overseeing the roll out of new systems, spending time on-site, training the client, ensure that orders are delivered on time and act as a liaison between a company and its clients.
